DraCool USA’s extensive line of manufactured parts offers proven performance at affordable prices. We offer replacement parts for all makes and models of Plate Heat Exchangers. We can provide you with OEM parts and/or equivalent parts to meet our needs. Gaskets are available in a variety of rubber compounds: Standard and High Temperature NBR, HNBR, EPDM, IIR, Standard FKM (Type A Viton,) Steam type FKM (Type B Viton,) and High Performance FKM (Type G Viton). Plates come in 316 stainless steel or other metals if you choose. Both our plates and gaskets are made to exacting specifications. Ship your entire heat exchanger unit to us and will remove, clean, fluorescent penetrant test and regasket your plates, frames and other components as well. After reassembly, your unit will be hydrotested on each side. Completed units can be reinstalled and put back into service with the assurance of leak-free operation in a timely manner.

On-site removal and reinstallation is also available.
